The land comprises a good block of upland grazing land with a small area of dingle/woodland providing shelter during the winter months. The land is ideal for wintering hoggs or to turn out a good 100 ewes and their lambs in the Spring. The land is offered for sale by informal tender. Interested parties should submit their best and final offer in writing by a closing date of 12 noon on Tuesday 31st January 2017. Offers should be submitted on a subject to contract basis and should clearly state any conditions which relate to this offer. Offers should also provide specific information that funding is available to proceed with the purchase and that exchange of contracts can be achieved within a period of 28 days from receipt of a full package of legal documentation from the vendors solicitors.
